Career & Life Ahead...
In order to help our College students understand the life in general and get an exposure to working in the corporate world, the institution organised a 2 day workshop where eminent speakers were invited to share their thoughts and experiences on various topics related to career. The workshop was held on 2 days - 09th November 2019 and 16th November 2019.
The first seminar was on working culture and what could be expected when you work in an office. The workshop was conducted by our trustee - Mr. Dhiren Sampat who shared his varied experiences with the crowd.
The second seminar was on career in sales and marketing and was conducted by a renowned marketing speaker - Mr. Shahshank Pradhan. He explained to the students on what are the expectations of the corporate world for any sales and marketing profession.
The third seminar was on a very interesting topic on savings and investment at a very young age. The speaker was Mr..Kalpesh Ashar who is well known for his thoughts and features regularly on the television screen as well as writes a regular column on Finance in daily newspapers. The students were exposed to the importance of the same and were educated on the why how and how much should one really save and invest
The fourth seminar was Career options as a Chartered Accountant conducted by CA - Mr. Premal Gandhi. . Since ours is a commerce college,  our children found this very useful  as they would aspiring CA's of the future.
